Paper has a way of growing. So unless you do regular maintenance, it can be headache-inducing tackling those important financial, medical and life papers so that they’re at your fingertips when you need them. What to keep, what can you throw away after how long…? If you’ve been putting off getting these important documents in order, we created this series just for you!
I am excited to be working with two fellow organizers to present this two-part paper organizing series with Michael Dunavant, a financial advisor with Waddell & Reed.
In Part I: Financial Documents on Saturday July 12, Mr. Dunavant will explain the how’s and why’s of financial paper organizing- and then he will walk you through as you actually organize your papers, then and there. When you RSVP, we will send you a list of papers Michael suggests you bring along. There will even be a shredder available. So you walk out of this free (well, it costs $5 for a binder and dividers) event with your financial papers all in order. What a relief~
Then in Part II: Paper Peace by Piece on Thursday, August 7, veteran professional organizer Jane Scheidnes of The Art of Organizing will talk about (end of) life paper organizing and having difficult conversations, professional organizer Kimberly Dahline of Finally Filed will discuss through medical paper organizing, and I will talk about decluttering and why starting now is always a good idea. In this session we will each give a short presentation. This event if free!
Seating for the Michael Dunavant event is limited to 15 groups of people (there can be one or five people in each group, but each group receives one binder), so don’t wait to save your place today![contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"] Please contact Su-Yoon at firstname.lastname@example.org, call 612-578-2031 or fill out the form below by Wednesday July 9th to RSVP for the financial paper organizing event. When you RSVP, please specify if you are interested in attending one or both events~
